Men anD women are different.
We’ve all seen the news. Military Gender equality tests are all the rage these days. My main question is who benefits from these tests? (hint, it ain’t the military) And why are the Marine Corps and the Army being forced to examine gender equality again when there is close to zero demand from female troops looking to have a combat MOS? Only 7% of the military is female, anyway, why waste the time and money to show a 115 lb female probably isn’t the best person to shoot Terry Taliban in the face? (Like we didn’t already know).
Nut up or shut up.
Feminists nationwide are lauding these attempts to join the boy’s club, the only problem is, hardly any women showed up to train. Most women who attempted Marine Corps Infantry Officer training didn’t make it past the first day. Most women who attempted Ranger School also didn’t make it out of the first week. For the School of Infantry, however, 122 women graduated out of an attempted 352.
These are dismal failure rates.
100% fail IOC.
100% fail Ranger School.
65% fail USMC School of Infantry.
Let’s put it in taxpayer terms. 100% of the tax dollars used to send women to USMC Infantry Officer’s course and Ranger School is wasted.
And these are the women who showed up, had the drive, the motivation, and, ostensibly, the highest level of fitness they could attain. Outliers, all of them. Arguments against female grunts tend to center around outliers as well, for instance, the IDF. The first woman to challenge Israel’s ban against women becoming fighter pilots, Alice Miller, successfully challenged the gender requirement, and then failed the class.
Where are these feminists who are “fighting” for equal rights? Hint, they’re parading around your local college campus, not humping a pack. Oh fuck, we’d better change our language around carrying stuff on our backs, too, to make room for gender sensitivity training. I wouldn’t want to offend a female member of my unit (ok it’s going to be really hard with these dick puns) while stepping over the remains of an ISIS dude’s face after a JDAM strike.
Most women I know are afraid to walk the streets at night.
Honestly, every girl I meet in America is afraid to walk the streets at night. Yet not one of them would consider hard-targeting (don’t get hammered drunk with people you don’t know) or carry a weapon. I saw this photoshoot of girls on college campus featuring the weapons they “carry” to defend against rape. That’s right, a whistle, and some keys. A couple had mace, but anyone who’s been OC sprayed could walk off that civilian stuff like a rolled ankle. And this is the preparation that happens when women are told 20% of them will be raped in college. Yet if you ask any of these girls if they support military gender equality, you’ll hear a resounding “yes.”
“You don’t know what it’s like to be threatened on the street,” I had a girl told me once. No, but I do know what it’s like to be attacked on the street and my first choice of backup ain’t my 5’3″ girlfriend, toots.
You can’t pick up a wounded marine
Yeah, that’s right. Given a 180 pound Marine (average) with a 65 pound combat load (average), pick his wounded ass up and carry him 100M to the medevac bird. I have NEVER seen a gal deadlift 245 pounds in the gym. Yet I see guys bench press that kinda weight all the time.
Recently there was this video of an Army Captain barely finishing a 12 mile ruck march. This chick was on CNN, a goddamned officer in the US Army unable to stand under the weight of her own pack, being cheered on for her bravery.
Newsflash, sugar tits, a 12 mile ruck march is breakfast in a Marine infantry unit. You’ll be expected to do at least 20 miles. And if you’re a medic, you’d better be able to triage and treat wounded once you get there, because the enemy never picks fights with Marines when we are well rested. He hits us at the end of long patrols, after hours and hours of humping, sweating, and bitching. Exhaustion is where the fight begins.
Female Service members aren’t lining up to become grunts
This should be the most telling factor that this trash is a waste of time. With a female population density of 7%, adding women to the infantry would put less than one female in each rifle squad, anyway. Most women who join the service aren’t looking to kill people with their bare hands, so the question is raised again:
Out of close 50 million eligible females in this country, less than 500 showed up to test their mettle. I mean we’re already dealing with the outliers here and they’re having difficulty doing a man’s job. The military isn’t the place to test political theories.
Hey feminist, Where’s your draft card?
Oh, that’s right. Looks like the government still maintains it’s double standards, because when shit hits the fan, Uncle Sam knows he needs men. I’ve got a great idea for women who wanna be infantry. Scantily clad mobile sandwich units. Deploy to forward operating bases, make sammiches, make fighting men happy. ‘Nuff said.
